Privacy policy
How dodik.eu processes contact, security and locale information.
Controller and contact
Din Arijan Dodik, based in Zadar, Croatia, is the controller responsible for the processing described in this policy. Questions and rights requests may be sent to dinarijan@dodik.eu or directed to +385 99 7427 525.
Information and purposes
The contact form processes the details you provide to answer an enquiry and continue the communication you have requested. The website does not store submissions in a database; messages are delivered through the configured SMTP provider. Hosting logs may temporarily contain technical request data for security and reliable operation.
When a visitor opens the root address, the server first uses a trusted country header when one is supplied by the network infrastructure. If no such header is available, the visitor’s IP address is sent to IPinfo Lite only to identify a country and choose the Croatian or English version. Complete IP addresses are not permanently stored by this application. Contact-form security rate limits use a one-way hashed key, while CSRF validation, a hidden honeypot and submission-timing checks help reject automated or forged requests.
Cookies and recipients
Necessary cookies store language choice, consent preferences and form-security state. No analytics or marketing scripts are currently loaded. Data may be handled by the hosting and SMTP providers and by IPinfo Lite when a geolocation request is needed. Depending on their infrastructure, processing may involve international transfers subject to their safeguards.
Retention, security and rights
Enquiry emails are retained only for as long as necessary for communication and applicable obligations. Temporary security data expires automatically. Measures include encrypted transport, validation, access controls, rate limiting and protection against automated submissions. Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also contact the competent Croatian supervisory authority.
